A Chamo o Gustavito, que es como lo dicen sus dueños, se le ocurrió la idea de poner el iPod en Shuffle y escribir cualquier cosa de lo que salga. Yo fui el primero en apuntarse en esa charrería y por eso estoy escribiendo este post.

Once again, welcome to “100 Words or Less”. This week, there’s a considerable amount of solid efforts. Curiously, it seems as if there’s an underlying theme: consistency amongst skilled musicians. Except for newcomers We Were Promised Jetpacks, the rest are works from veteran musicians.

Como son una de las mejores bandas del mundo… vamos a seguir escribiendo cosas de ellos hasta que salga The Eternal en junio. En este video tocan “The World Looks Red” de Confusion Is Sex/Kill Yr. Idols(1983) y “What We Know” de The Eternal.

Hasta ahora, no me puedo quejar de toda la música nueva que ha salido este año. Super Furry Animals, Yeah Yeah Yeah’s, Superaquello, Mastodon, Metric, …And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead y The Empyrean de John Frusciante han sido todos muy buenos discos. Sin embargo, junio parece que va a estar ridiculamente epico!
